Refund/Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the merchandise with details of the product and the defect. Please send details by email. We will provide you a return address which may vary depending on your country location.

Please contact us before returning a damaged item.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail within 10 days if you are entitled to replacement as a result of the damage. We will send you a free replacement as soon as possible.

Cancellation Policy

A customer can cancel the order only before it has been handed over to the shipping agent/courier. There will be a 5% charge of the original payment to cover transaction costs. After the item has been handed over for shipping no cancellations will be accepted.

Delivery Policy

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.

Delivery Time: An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to ship your order within a week of receiving your order. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and method of delivery.
